Whimsical Drawings by Chattanooga Based Artist Paulina Fae

Paulina Fae previously known as Paulina Cassidy was born in Canada presently works and lives in Chattanooga, TN. She is an artist and creator of magical worlds with the experience of in the field of art for over 30 years. She started to draw at the age of 2, instead of just reading children's story books Paulina loved to draw these characters. At the age of 14, she was illustrating editorial cartoons for local newspapers and numerous magazines.

Her artwork features imaginary creatures from far, far land which is not real but is also familiar. Her drawings are often drawn in ink, pen and watercolors. Her style is inspired by Victorian art form with a mix of fairies, forests, woodland animals, and a wonderland in pastel color palette.

"My kind-hearted imaginary monster wasn't imaginary afterall. I've been drawing ever since I can remember, and alternate worlds/dimensions have always been real and close by. Take the dreamworld, which is a journey into another realm. It's about bringing back bits and pieces of the ethereal planes and translating this information into the form of art and song. Creativity carries the core signature of emotion, and at its heart is the infinite drive of love and curiosity."

You can find her art prints, tarot cards, books, and music CDs based on her artwork on her online store.
