Printable Christmas Owl Gift Wraps + Garland

I wanted to give you all something for this Christmas and I thought what would better than a handmade gift . I prepared 5 in total wrapping papers and a Christmas garland that you all can actually use this holiday season. The paper garland is in Christmas colors and patterns to decorate the tree or to hang it above your fireplace. I used vintage colors and texture for some of the circles, and for some bright solids.

I made 3 gift wraps inspired by Indian design and colors, which you can mix with owl gift wraps (owl gift wraps are done in partnership with Pooja). There are 2 versions of owl gift wrap - one with antlers and the other without. I hope you enjoy them!

Snowy Owls Christmas Decorations

Lauren Alane crafted these two beautiful snowy owl scenes for Christmas decorations inspired by the winter scene in an antique shop in Birmingham. The scenes are carefully crafted with birch branches with hint of snow, the banners that say Merry Christmas and needle felted owls. The scenes are on auction on ebay right now, ending later today. Lauren will soon be adding a few owls and ornaments to her store, so keep your eyes peeled!

Owl Cake Ball: Tutorial

A couple of weeks ago, Julie sent me pictures of her daughter's first birthday party with woodland theme. Julie made this adorable owl costume for her daughter and made these owl cake balls, which I loved! I asked her how she made them and if she would be interested in sharing a tutorial for all us owl-lovers, and she agreed. Yay! These owl cake balls are so adorable and I think will fit well with baby shower, birthday party or a special Christmas party. Hop on over to Julie's blog for step by step photo tutorial. Thanks Julie!
