Love this Mr. owl dress (and the shirt) by Me & Oli. It's so lovely that it was featured in Frankie, an Australian fashion magazine. You'll find illustrated & digitally printed clothes available in limited edition, laser cut jewellery, illustrated journals & postcards in their store here.

Mr owl was made lovingly from tonnes of hand cut semi-circle paper pieces. the colours of mr owl comes from a myriad of textured walls in a myriad of alleyways through south east asia- all cut into tiny pieces to form this friendly creature. mr owl then multiplied in number to occupy the surface of this ivory coloured luxe silk cotton.

Barry's Farm

{Gift Wrap}

I was out most of the day yesterday running errands and buying a few gifts before the shops get jam packed. Buying gifts is still easy, what's challenging is to wrap each and every one of them neatly without crumpling the wrapping paper. I prefer gift boxes such as these, when every minute counts. Do you use paper or boxes?

These special gnomes are "harvested from acorns" by Aimee Ray of Little Dear. Love the hats of the little guys and the winking owl is so sweet! I bet these will make great stocking stuffer.

A+R: Owl Mirror

This cool owl mirror is by A+R, a collaboration between Andy Griffith and Rose Apodaca. They hand pick each and every product for their stores. Their products are anything but common like this mirror. Isn't it? I have never seen anything like this before.

Holiday Card Round Up

It's that time of the year again, when we all frequent post office. I love it the old-fashioned way; going to the post office with a stack of greeting cards and gifts. It's fun for me (even if it's just once a year). I personally like receiving handwritten cards because the warm notes inside always make me smile and make me feel special . Got Craft?

When I saw this Got Craft's "Holiday Edition" beautiful poster at Poppytalk, I couldn't resist sharing it with you. After all, the show's star is an owl, hehe. Seriously, it's a perfect holiday themed poster. I love all the ornaments hanging from the tree and the owl in his red scarf is so adorable!

What's Got Craft?

Got Craft is one of the biggest Indie craft fairs of Vancouver. It started in 2007 and has grown to 50 vendors selling handmade jewelry, paper goods, ceramics and more! If you are in Vancouver, then stop by or visit them here.

Vintage Cracker Jack Tin Sign

There are not many of these vintage Cracker Jack's tin signs available out there. I found it at my local store. It features objects like scissors, hammer and car, and animals like squirrel, bear, elephant and owl (of course). I did some searching and found that it's on auction on eBay here.
