3D Paintings Made With Recycled Bottles, Paper and Textile

Andrea Touché is an artist from Monterrey, México who creates three dimensional paintings using recycled plastic, plastic bottles, paper, and textiles. Once she has arranged all these materials on a canvas she adds details with watercolor, acrylic, or oil paints. She is presently working on a series Emotions featuring humans and animals in shimmering suits.

Each piece can take days to months to finish depending on the materials. The Owl of Wisdom (on the top) made with quartz, recycled plastics, crystals, and paint took the artist over a year to complete. Andrea has participated in both group and solo exhibitions throughout the country. She was recently the finalist for the San Pedro Municipal Youth Award, Monterrey.
