Amazing Drawings by Amy Wheeler

I am enamored by the unique style of Amy Wheeler who uses ink and pen to create these amazing artwork. She creates adorable animal portraits in simple black and white, and brings them to life by adding colors to her work. The best part of her drawings is the eyes of the animals that make them look almost real. To see more of her work go here and on Instagram.

Photography by Kari Herer

I have featured Kari Herer's lovely artwork before on the blog here. Maine based artist has been busy creating new work which I think is simply beautiful. Her photographs is a perfect mix of hand-drawn illustrations and flowers that are sometimes ostrich feathers, blossoms on a tree perched by an owl, body of an insect and a fluffy tail of a rabbit. You can view more of her work on Botanical Gluttony, her Instagram and find photographs that are available for purchase in her online store.
