Contemporary Folk Artist: Rebecca Miller Campbell

Rebecca Miller Campbell is a self-taught artist, doll maker and a painter who lives in the foothills of Appalachia. She crafts dolls and folk art inspired ornaments using fabric, paint and clay. The artist is inspired by antique, vintage remnants and nature, and often incorporates recycled materials, antiques and found objects in her work.

Each piece is one-of-a-kind, a result of long hours of careful construction, hand-painted intricate details and perfectly aged for a charming vintage look. The above shown pieces are her newest creation that will a part of the Bewitching Peddlers of Halloween, Chelsea, Michigan on September 30th. For more information on the event click here.

Her work has been published in several magazines including “Prims” and “Art Doll Quarterly.” She is an exhibiting member of the Kentucky Guild of Artists and Craftsmen.
