Japanese Artist Makes Most Adorable Pompom Animals

Tsubasa Kuroda is an artist born in 1981 in Shizuoka now works from Sendai, Japan. She makes the most adorable animal pompoms that I have ever seen. Her Instagram page by the name of 'Trikotri' is filled with inspiration and cuteness to die for! You can also follow her on Facebook for updates on her new work.

She has published a book that teaches how you can make these amazing fluffy animal pompoms. The book is available here and here.

These are amazing, aren't they?! Western animal pompoms are often very fake and childish looking, but these are so lifelike. I came across the book last week and have been super obsessed ever since; I hope I can follow the Japanese instructions when my book arrives, haha… ;)
Did not know about the adorable instagram though. But now I browsed it down to the very beginning. It's all so beautiful! :D
