Book Art: Federico Uribe

Paper owl perched on the tree.

A look at the forest created out of books.

A close up of the tree.

Paper sculptures always intrigue me and I was amazed to see this amazing sculpture by Colombian artist Federico Uribe. He created  this super cool forest and the owl using books and other random objects. Visit his website to see more of his work, make sure you check out his Animal Farm. Fantastic!

Wire Dreams

Wire Dreams is a cute little store on etsy that offers adorable wire sculptures that are individually handmade. The Israel based artist treats each one of these pieces "as a drawing done in three dimensions." There are canvas wire art of owl, dachshund and turtle, wall decorations and jewelry. This one is my favorite.

iPhone Cases
