Happy Weekend!

It's my hubby's birthday this weekend and I am headed to the door to do some shopping for the party I have planned for him with some of our close friends. I leave you with this photo by Emily, but I'll see you on Monday. Have a great weekend, friends!

Helen Gordon

Helen Gordon is a designer and a mother of three who started her own company after being frustrated of only a limited range of patterns available in kids bedding. With her background in textile designing she soon had several collections: "original hand painted images which draw on traditional fairytales, a nostalgia for the simplicity of the arts and crafts, and images which are inspired by the natural world." I love such stories when people don't give up because of frustration but inspire and do wonders! Her creation includes cushions, wallpapers, stationery, totes and aprons with lovely illustrations.

Let's start this new month together with these inspiring words to "Never ever give up! Believe" by The Love Shop. Sweet product, sweet name!

~Big and Chunky~

If you have been reading the blog then you already know that I am one of those people who wouldn't be caught dead with jewelry on. But today, I am loving this big and chunky owl necklace made of gold coins. I know it's a leap, but I guess I am ready for it!

'Owl Always Love You' Body Butter

Who is Penelope Parsnip?
It's really more of an "idea" than a person. Penelope Parsnip is the idea that products you put on your skin are equally important as what you put in your body.
