12,000 Beads

Peggy Dembicer is an incredible self-taught artist whose work blows me away. She creates these bead embroidery art work which takes several hours of patient weaving and strategic placement of beads by moving and turning each bead seed to create the perfect replica of the original source of her inspiration. This beaded art work was inspired by the 60s wise potato chips bag and took 12,412 seed beads and approximately 45 hours of design and weaving.
